All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We use reliable Australian courier services to ensure your apparel arrives in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping: $9.50 AUD (Estimated 3–7 business days).

Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Estimated 1–3 business days).

Free Shipping: Spend over $100.00 AUD to qualify for free standard shipping across Australia.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to share the Rattle & Roll story with the world. We utilize International Standard (Tracked) shipping to ensure a balance of reliability and value.

Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on the destination zone.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your global shipping zone.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Rattle & Roll is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately via our Contact Page so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue for you.
