1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Rattle & Roll, we take great pride in the quality of our apparel. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Change of Mind Returns We offer a 14-day return period for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be in its original, brand-new condition.
Tags Attached: All original Rattle & Roll hangtags must be physically attached to the garment.
No Odours or Marks: Items with scents (perfume/smoke) or deodorant marks will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from is required.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page and submit the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. Once our team has reviewed your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs For "Change of Mind" or "Incorrect Size" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rattle & Roll cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items & Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If your item is physically faulty or the print is defective, please submit a form via our Contact Page immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty items

Our tees are AS Colour. We offer sizes in Staple and Minus tees and vary between styles.

3. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
At Rattle & Roll, we aim to get your piece of music history to your door as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are hand-packed with care at our headquarters in Queensland, Australia.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We use reliable Australian courier services to ensure your apparel arrives in perfect condition.
Standard Shipping: $9.50 AUD (Estimated 3–7 business days).
Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Estimated 1–3 business days).
Free Shipping: Spend over $100.00 AUD to qualify for free standard shipping across Australia.
International Shipping
We are proud to share the Rattle & Roll story with the world. We utilize International Standard (Tracked) shipping to ensure a balance of reliability and value.
Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on the destination zone.
Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your global shipping zone.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Rattle & Roll is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment can be made via Shopify, PayPal and credit cards.
5. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TEE?
Your tee is screen printed so we recommend gentle wash only. No not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Iron with cloth covering or inside out.
