Change of Mind Returns We offer a 14-day return period for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be in its original, brand-new condition.
Tags Attached: All original Rattle & Roll hangtags must be physically attached to the garment.
No Odours or Marks: Items with scents (perfume/smoke) or deodorant marks will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from is required.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page and submit the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. Once our team has reviewed your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs For "Change of Mind" or "Incorrect Size" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rattle & Roll cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items & Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If your item is physically faulty or the print is defective, please submit a form via our Contact Page immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty items.
